Insurance
Dr. Graeber is a Medical Doctor with a specialty in Ophthalmology and a sub-specialty (i.e. additional training) in Pediatric Ophthalmology and accordingly all exams and testing fall under medical diagnosis and coding. As a result of this all charges are submitted to health / medical insurance. We are “in-network” with nearly every major commercial and state health insurance provider.
While we are not “in-network” with any vision plans, there are often “out-of-network” benefits for portions of the exam and glasses if applicable. We are happy to help you submit a claim to your vision insurance provider upon request.
Of course we also accept cash pay patients as well as Med-share patients. We are happy to provide estimated charges at any time.
